River Ritz Cabin on the River. Located at 604 Claim Jumper Street, is In-Town, Faces the Town Fishing Ponds and One Block from the Red River Ski and Summer Area!

Located just a block from the Platinum Chairlift, this Amazing House is one of the few, unique properties in Red River that offers both Ski-Area Views as well as River Frontage. You’ll be able to enjoy breathtaking mountain views as well as stairs to access the river directly from the property and fish to your hearts content, off your back deck or across the street in the Town Ponds!

As you walk inside, you will find yourself right at home in the cozy living room with a rock wood-burning fireplace and high ceilings. Beautiful Kitchen with Dining Table for 6, and eating bar for 4. Decorated in Southern Charm. Ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. A Washer & Dryer is also provided. Enjoy the Large deck on the river, with a propane grill. Stairs from the property access the River.

This property sleeps 14, with 1 Master Bedroom with King Bed downstairs with Kiva Fireplace w/ river view, 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with 1 Queen Bed and their bathroom, 2 Queen Murphy Beds in the upstairs lower loft and 2 Queen Beds in the upper loft (ladder from 2nd floor to the 3rd floor). Plenty of Bathrooms with a Garden Tub w/ a pullout shower head in the Master Bedroom, Upstairs there are 2 Bathrooms with a Tub/Shower and 1 Half-Bath on the main floor. Clean linens/towels, toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels are provided.

Relax in the living room with beautiful wood burning fireplace and views through the picturesque windows and enjoy Satellite TV and free Wifi. There is a TV in the living room and one in all three bedrooms. 

Outside, enjoy breathtaking mountain and pond views, from the front patio and relax on the back riverside deck and enjoy peace and tranquility of the river, fish right from the deck, watch skiers brave the slopes or enjoy a torchlight parade & fireworks!

Parking includes 3 private spaces. Free Shuttle Service provided by the town of Red River can get you anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.

Special Notes:

PET POLICY: Pets, up to 25 lbs. are allowed, maximum of 2, but may include additional cleaning fees. Pet must be declared prior to check-in. A $50 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added to your reservation. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. Yards are to be cleaned up upon departure. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service.

A RATION OF FIREWOOD IS PROVIDED IN THE WINTER MONTHS ONLY FROM NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH. 

*During Winter months, you may need to move vehicles from street-side parking to allow for snow plowing activities.

**Torchlight Parade & Fireworks takes place on Saturday nights during ski season as well as certain holidays. Check with Red River Ski Area for more information.
