Enjoy the river view from the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, small stove and oven and microwave. Just off the living room, enjoy the back deck taking in the views of the Red River Ski Area and enjoying the river. You have access to the community fire pit and the community picnic table. 

This property sleeps 6, with 2 upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed and TV and a river view deck with mountain views to watch the skiers brave the slopes! Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and a shared bathroom on this second level with a tub/shower. One queen hide-a-bed is also available in the living room. Clean linens/towels, toiletries, trash bags and and initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided.  

Parking includes 2 private spaces. Free Shuttle Service provided by the town of Red River can get you anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.
